Changes

• Reset the amount of clicks Altair's meteors grant (4 -> 6)
• Reduced the price (600 -> 250) and level requirement (10 -> 7) of Kip
• Increased the price (250 -> 400) and level requirement (7 -> 10) of Altair
• Reduced the price of Helping Paw upgrade (300 -> 50)
• Increased the price of Fat Pawbs upgrade (50 -> 150)

Open to feedback! I'm entirely open to hotfixes and quick balance changes to make the game more playable. :)
